I am a UKCP accredited Core Process Psychotherapist with an MA in Mindfulness Based psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute and Middlesex University. I have a Certificate in Couples Therapy.
I have run my Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy practice since 2007 and am a CSTA (Craniosacral Therapy Association) accredited Supervisor for CST and other Complementary Therapists. I have worked as a tutor have been a CSTA trustee.

Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy and Couples Therapy

Working one-to-one, drawing on Western and Eastern therapeutic and contemplative practices I aim to bring awareness to, and explore processes in the mind as well as the body. I will bring this awareness into working with couples.

I seek to offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which the therapeutic relationship supports the integration of formative life experiences.

Rooted in depth-psychotherapy, Core Process Psychotherapy meets a variety of conditions, accompanying clients from coping to thriving.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a subtle yet profound hands-on treatment which is becoming increasingly known for its beneficial effects.

Like so many people I discovered BCST as a client and I appreciated the experience so much that I decided to become a practitioner.

Contemplative Supervision

As a CSTA accredited supervisor for Craniosacral Practitioners I am very happy to offer support in person or online.

Contemplative mentoring or supervision is based in a contemplative mindfulness-in-relationship approach in a held, safe space.

I aim to support you to explore all aspects of the practitioner-client dynamics, your approach to and the development of your practice.
